Windows explorer won’t refresh automatically after SumatraPDF install
After installing SumatraPDF, this issue occurs:
- right click in folder
- New
- Folder
- nothing happens
- click F5
- New Folder appears and name editing engages

Disabling them using ShellExView fixes the issue.
